This project is a modular pillow system inspired by East African and Sudanese culture. The design draws from traditional colors, patterns, weaving techniques, and vessel forms, translating these influences into a contemporary, functional object.

The pillow is constructed from geometric modules, with the smallest unit shaped as a half-cylinder. These modules can be combined in multiple configurations, allowing the pillow to adapt to different uses, spaces, and setups.

Highly versatile and flexible, the modular system encourages interaction and personalization, making it suitable for lounging, support, or sculptural arrangement while celebrating cultural references through form, color, and pattern.
